  • EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
    Necessity
    To have an efficient and reliable communication system with the students.

    INTICO’s Solution
    Initiated small informational campaigns utilizing SMS to target current as well as potential students. Campaigns contained information about the University’s majors and masters’ courses and about events sponsored by the institution.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    Our approach allowed the client the creation of an information flow with its students, for not only courses and classes, but also information about their fees and accounts. It also helped in the recruiting new students for the institution’s major andmaster's courses, for events, etc.

    Currently, we are working on a project, together with the University’s billing department, in order to integrate their systems with the sending of SMS using WebService.

    Another project being evaluated is the use of two-way SMS, in order to receive feedback from the students, allowing for surveys, event evaluation, courses, etc.

  • BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
    Necessity
    There was no system in place to reinforce the payment commitment made by its clients, to the institution’s collection officers through the Call Center.

    INTICO’s Solution
    We created a web platform to be used by the collection officers at the Call Center, where at the end of each call where a commitment was made, they would schedule an SMS to be sent to the client the day their payment commitment is due.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    In the initial stage, we started with a pool of 10 officers. To date, that number has increased to almost 100, which suggests that the percentage of debt recovery has increased due to the support given by the platform.

  • MARKETING COMPANIES
    Necessity
    Excess spending in phone systems for promotional communication.

    INTICO’s Solution
    Access to massive SMS platform for interactive deals for the client’s users. Users confirm acceptance of advertising via SMS.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    Allowed the client to generate a 15% increase in its advertising, over the initial rate using conventional methods such as newspaper, TV, radio, etc.

  • COLLECTION COMPANIES
    Necessity
    The client has problems with its collector software, needing improvements in its procedures. The current provider does not generate the right tools.
    The company ended up creating manual reports to solve the situation.

    INTICO’s Solution
    A study was conducted for assessing the need and develop a collection software adapted to the client’s real tasks, implementing an integral system. We gave our costumer the possibility to make improvements on their system, since our own team develops our software.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    By implementing an integrated system and not just a collection software, we achieved a reduction of times, erasing the need of manual reports. Intico added telephone traffic, installation as well as a configuration in the costumer's Call Center and Firewall.

  • DEPARTMENT STORES
    Necessity
    Deficiencies in the control of information for their collections tasks through electronic and phone devices.
    The store’s clients gave inaccurate data in their contact information.

    INTICO’s Solution
    Creating a web platform to register data, logging competitive incentives for the client’s users. A solution was created to register a validation via SMS for the authenticity of the provided phone number.
    The application for registration was distributed through stores, advertising media, etc.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    The solution allowed the client to generate an increase of 25% aditional information on their universe of users.

  • CALL CENTERS
    Necessity
    The customer used a different provider for every service.
    The telephone carrier required the purchase of prepaid minutes and this service was deficient. Mobile was handled by an IP provider, while landlines were handled by a conventional operator. Due to the destinations being handled by different operators the service was not stable nor the support efficient.
    Additionally, SMS effectiveness was low, about 40%.

    INTICO's Solution
    We enabled a telephone service in postpaid mode, improving quality and customer service. Access was given to the SMS platform.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    Increased percentage of confirmation, from 40% to 90%. Access to reports and reviews for which the previous supplier did not have an online platform.
    Improved telephone service wich resulted in increased productivity.
    Due to the effectiveness of the services delivered, the client added IVR and Mailing with the benefit of consolidating services with a single supplier.

  • DATA UPDATE
    Necessity
    Perform an update on customer’s databases, capturing its client’s cellphone numbers as principal data.

    INTICO's solution
    A web platform was created in order to update information. This platform validated the client, sending a text message (SMS) with a 'token' (confirmation code), that had to be entered on the page to validate and capture the cellphone, once validated the client proceeded to update his information.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    The client updated its costumer’s portfolio with an increase of 23% more information..

  • SOCIAL MEDIA
    Necessity
    A Television Channel needed to perform a customer database update, capturing their cell numbers as the main data.

    INTICO's Solution
    Intico developed a solution which allowed the Television channel, through the use of SMS, Twitter, Facebook and ITalkYou, to connect with its audience, allowing them to send messages about their favorite shows and personalities.
    These messages are stored on our servers and through them, we can provide demographic information of the channel’s viewers.

    Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
    Now, the client has a database that reflects the audience share and rating percentage. They have access to the viewer’s opinions about the content of their programming. This has also served as a platform for increasing the organizational effectiveness of their advertising.
