To have an efficient and reliable communication system with the students.
Initiated small informational campaigns utilizing SMS to target current as well as potential students. Campaigns contained information about the University’s majors and masters’ courses and about events sponsored by the institution.
Solution Outcome and Effectiveness
Our approach allowed the client the creation of an information flow with its students, for not only courses and classes, but also information about their fees and accounts. It also helped in the recruiting new students for the institution’s major andmaster's courses, for events, etc.
Currently, we are working on a project, together with the University’s billing department, in order to integrate their systems with the sending of SMS using WebService.
Another project being evaluated is the use of two-way SMS, in order to receive feedback from the students, allowing for surveys, event evaluation, courses, etc.
